Profile ground on accurate Hurth Grinders, our shaving cutters are known to have good durability. Serrations and drills are of high quality, produced whilst taking the clients needs into consideration. Our special design team accurately designs the cutter according to specifications.

We manufacture the complete range from 1.0 Module to 10 Module in all pressure angles upto a Helix angle of 45° (left or right). Types include underpass (with Staggered serrations), Conventional & Plunge Type.

Class AA accuracies are guaranteed. Material used is imported M2 Vaccum Hardened and tempered upto HRC 62. All Profile modifications like Profile Crowning & Lead Crowning can be Ground on our Hurth Gear Shaving Cutter grinder.

Underpass, Plunge & Conventional shaving cutters are available, with Lead & Profile crowning option.
