Our range includes Ground Profile (Class A) and M/c Relieved (Class C) Gear Hobs. We can provide Gear Hobs from 0.5 module and upwards. The profile of the hob tooth is designed on computer, so that it generates the straight spline accurately during hobbing process.

Hobs are made to Class  by grinding profile on WMW grinder. Range is from 0.5 Module to 12 Module. Shank type Hobs can also be made to order. Hobs for straight splines can also be made.

Integral Type with Bore, Shank Type Hobs for straight splines 0.75 to 12 Module.

Again, we offer profile modifications like semi topping and protuberance, that increase performance of hob.
